This adds, in the matrix, the contents of rowA to rowB factor times. Thus, the end result of B is (factor * A) + B.

:[[1,2][3,4]]→[A] :*row+(2,[A],1,2) :Disp [A]
The first row (1,2) will be added to the second row (3,4) twice.
[[1,2][5,8]] will be displayed.
