This is a conditional statement which returns true when either boolean evaluates to true.

In this program, the user inputs a number. If the program is higher than 5 or is 3, the program displays "IT IS HIGHER THAN 5 OR IS 3". Otherwise, it will display "IT IS LOWER THAN 5 AND NOT 3".
