A vector represents the movement of an object. They are stored as a matrix with one of the dimensions equaling 1.

Vectors can be entered several ways:

Type Description Example
Rectangular multiple elements each indicating movement in ortangonal directions. Can be any number of dimensions [2,3,4]
Polar total distance and an angle. Only two dimensions. [5,∠(π/6)r]
Cylindrical total distance and an angle for the x and y plane, then a rectangular value for the z dimension. Only three dimensions. [5;∠45°;2]
Spherical total distance, then an angle against the z-axis and the x axis. Only three dimensions. [[5][∠45°][∠250G]]
